Annie's Landing 1 has a rich history. Once a general store ran by Annie Sweetland, my mom,  now transformed into our beautiful one bedroom suite. Annie's strong sense of customer service lives in our name as we guarentee impeccable customer service. Annie's Landing is located on 105 Coster Street which is in the heart of Bonavista. Annie's Landing 1 Features

 

Annie's Landing is a 1 Bedroom Ocean View Suite: 450 Square Feet.

 

Bedroom - 1 Queen Bed. High Quality Hotel Linens.

 

Bathroom- Toilet, Stand-Up Shower, Sink. Towels, Bath Robes, Hairdryer and Toiletries Provided.

 

Closet - Walk in Closet (located off Living Room) with Washer & Dryer (laundry supplies provided). 

 

Living Room - 32in flat screen TV, Pullout Couch, Kitchen Table, Coffee Table

 

Kitchen - Microwave, Fridge, Stove, Oven, Complete Set of Dishes, Kettle, Keurig Coffee Maker. Tea, Coffee and Condiments Provided.

Sun Deck - Located on the back of the suite with a breathtaking ocean view.  Seating and BBQ provided.

Other features: Free Wi-fi, Free Parking, Heated Unit, Iron and Ironing Board, Water Cooler.

Pet Policy: We do not advertise as pet friendly, however we will accept small mature hypo-allergenic dogs. There will be a $30 cleaning fee associated with the reservation.

Minimum Stay Policy: Minimum two night booking between May 20 - October 1.

​

7 Day Cancellation Policy: If you cancel or modify up to 7 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If you must cancel within the 7 days of your reservation, you will be charged 50% of your total cost.
